Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Get Gains. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
1. The service
Get Gains is a fitness and nutrition app provided by Nexus AI Apps Ltd. It includes workout, nutrition and weight tracking, plus AI features such as the Gains Coach, recipe generation, meal suggestions and snap-meal recognition.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Get Gains. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service;
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the service;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive our source code;
- misrepresent the app's AI output as professional medical or dietetic advice;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose.
4. AI features & health disclaimer
The Gains Coach, recipe generation, meal and supplement suggestions, and all other AI output are provided for general information and motivation only. They are not medical, dietetic, or professional advice, and AI output can be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, diet, training, supplements, or medication. Get Gains is not a substitute for professional care.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Get Gains offers a free tier plus two paid subscriptions:
- Pro — £8.99/month
- Titan — £14.99/month
Subscriptions are sold and billed through Google Play Billing and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Google Play account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT — applicable taxes may be added depending on your region.
6. Refunds
Purchases are handled by Google Play, so refunds are governed by the Google Play refund policy. Please direct refund requests through Google Play.
7. Termination
You may stop using Get Gains and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms it or other users.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus AI Apps Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll notify you. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
