Delete your Get Gains account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Get Gains account and the data associated with it.
Delete from inside the app
If you still have Get Gains installed, this is the quickest way:
- Open Get Gains and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the Account section (also available under Privacy & Data).
- Tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account permanently.
Your account is then scheduled for deletion. You can sign back in during the 30-day window and cancel it; after that it is erased permanently.
If you've already uninstalled the app
You don't need to reinstall. Email us from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you:
Please send the request from the email address you registered with so we can verify the account. We'll confirm once the deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and login (email / password)
- Food and nutrition logs
- Workouts, sessions, and templates
- Body measurements and body-composition data
- Photos you've uploaded
- Coach chat history
- Pulse memory rows (the app's personalisation data)
- Supplement stacks and intake logs, and your posts and comments
Retention
After you confirm deletion there is a 30-day window during which you can sign back in and cancel. Once that window passes, your data is permanently erased from our live systems. Residual copies in encrypted backups are removed on the normal backup rotation — up to 30 days — after which they are permanently gone.
What is not deleted
Records we are legally required to keep — such as billing and purchase receipts — may be retained for tax, accounting, and legal-compliance purposes, as permitted by law. These contain transaction records only, not your fitness or health data.
